Founded in 2023, Mosarizu Limited is named in honor of
those who first believed in our vision. “MOSARIZU”
combines meaningful nicknames:

MO (Mono) Andres Alba,
(Laura Alba’s brother),  SA (Sagua, a family term of
endearment),  RI (Riz, Laura’s partner), and  ZU (Zulma,
Laura’s sister-in-law).

Their early support was crucial, and
we are deeply grateful for the continued encouragement
from many other family members and friends who have
championed this journey.

 

Mosarizu Limited, founded in 2023, is the
culmination of Laura Alba’s diverse expertise and
passion for culinary innovation. With nearly a
decade of experience as a chef and a strong
background in technology, Laura created
Mosarizu to blend her Colombian heritage with
the exceptional flavors she discovered in New
Zealand. Her vision was to offer not only glutenfree
frozen foods of superior taste and quality
but also to address the needs of modern food
businesses.
